Okay, so a few weeks back I told you about a project that I’m working on involving lots of little bitty squares. Well, I’m not done with it yet, but its coming along pretty well. So to recap, I was showing you 1 inch squares sewn into little nine patches. When I finally finished all of those, this is what it looked like…
A whole shoebox full of mouse quilts. (I hang on to shoeboxes because they make great containers for projects in the works.) So after that, they became bigger nine patches… And then even bigger ones.
So, there are twelve of these guys. I’m currenty working on the sashing that goes in between each block. So stay tuned!
Very pretty

Great use of scraps there! Those are really tiny, my goodness, but some gorgeous fabrics in there. It will be beautiful!

If it is at least an inch I save it. I love the look of all those little pieces.

Have you ever done any of those miniature quilts? I find them fascinating, but have never attempted one.

No, I tend to make more usable quilts. I make mostly twin to queen size quilts.
