Well, it’s been three weeks, and it’s time for an update on my SAL ( stitch along) project. So, last time I was just about finished with my roses. This is where I was at last time.
Now, I’m done with this project, well except for framing it. So this is what it looks like with all the backstitching done.
*Update* I wanted to show what it looks like framed, but didn’t want to create a whole new post….
So, now that that is done, I’m on to my next project. This is what I’m working on:
So I’ve had almost 3 weeks to work on this, between other projects. And this is where I am so far:
I figured this was appropriately timed 😉. I actually bought this magazine because I fell in love with this pattern. (That was a year ago) So I decided I’d go ahead and make it.
Thanks for checking out my projects, and don’t forget to check out everyone else in the group and see where they are in their projects as well!
And welcome to our newest member of the group, Jackie.
Here are the links to the other members pages. Thanks and Happy Stitching!

I really love the subtle color changes in the Autumn project, but man does it make it hard to see where you are!

The backstitching really brought those roses into focus, they look great. And those autumn leaves are going to be a challenge with all the colour changes, but will be so beautiful when they’re done.

Wow, congrats on the finish! You are well ahead of the game with the new piece too. You’re definitely a fast stitcher 😀 I really love those pumpkins too and like the variation in the colors. Happy Stitching!

Congratulations on the finish! It looks fabulous with the back stitching. I have to say, you must be quite a fast stitcher to have got that much done on your current project! I love it though, and can see why you are enjoying it at the moment.

Your roses are beautiful! Framing always makes such a difference. I can see why you bought the magazine; that’s another beautiful picture to stitch.
