Time moves way too fast. Three weeks? Really? It seems like that can’t be right!
Well, I actually have a bit of progress to show this time. So I’ll get right to it…
This was last time… and now here I am…
I’ve been busy with helping to open this new store, and tomorrow I start work on the next one, with open job fairs. I am hoping that in the next couple weeks I’ll be able to set up my little sewing machine in my hotel room and work a bit on my quilt project. I think I’m going through withdrawals!
So, I hope you take a moment and check out everybody else’s pages from my group. They are all doing something different, so take a look, maybe become inspired to make something yourself! Plus, and I don’t say this enough, but if you’d like to join our little group, contact Avis on the list below. We’d love to welcome a new member!
Happy Stitching!
Heidi, that purple butterfly is so beautiful, I love the colors! I hear you about sewing withdrawal! I have a pair of shorts cut out and marked, but the best I seem to be able to do is one tiny task every few days, and summer is waning rapidly, soon my sewing time will be greatly curtailed! Oh well, it’s all good in the end, isn’t it!

I don’t think I’ve done any sewing in almost 6 months. Definitely need some quality time with a sewing machine.

Oooo, I love the purple and pink butterfly! You’ve made great progress. While I’m working on quilting commission and quilty gifts, I too am having the withdrawals as I really want to work on my own quilty projects. Hopefully soon!

I know what you mean about sewing withdrawal, I had to search out a workshop whilst I was on holiday – just to get a fix! Loving the purple butterfly.

I’m always surprised to see another butterfly appear. This must be lots of fun to work on.

It is because I put the photo away and don’t remember what color the butterflies are!

Despite what you say, that’s good solid progress, well done!

This is looking great. How many butterflies are in the project?

There are 7 total. I am starting to get a bit anxious to be done with it, if for no other reason than to see all the butterflies!
