Another 3 weeks, I hope those who celebrate had a happy 4th. Mine was like any other weekend, the fireworks were all canceled in my area but that certainly didn’t stop random people from shooting them off. Sirius handled it very well, he slept through most of it.
So, anyway, this is where I was last time…
And this is where I’m at now…
I’ve added a bit 😉
I’m very happy with the progress that I’ve made this time, as it certainly was not the only project that I’ve worked on the last three weeks!
Sirius is now 11 months old and he’s starting to behave a bit more, which I think is giving me a bit more time to work on my projects. Though he has been kind of needy the last few weeks… he’s all about the snuggles.
So, as always, please stop by everyone else’s pages to see what they’ve been up to. We all work on our own projects, so there is definitely lots to see!
Sirius is adorable. My daughter and her dog Ruby were visiting for the 4th and the people in my neighborhood had major fireworks. Ruby didn’t like the really loud booms, but handled most of the others pretty well. Your wreath is growing nicely. I like the variety of ornaments.

Sirius woke up a couple time for the really loud ones, but otherwise no reaction. I really like the colors in this pattern. I also like that I can move from one part of the design to another. I think those two things have been what’s keeping me moving forward on this one.

It is looking quite lovely. What a pleasure it must be to have a little more time to work on your projects while still enjoying little Sirius’ company.

Every ornament is a mini finish — love all the colors. Fireworks were cancelled in our area, too, but there were more local “booms” than I’ve ever heard. Our cats luckily have become pretty mellow in their old age (13) so snoozed through most of it.

I can’t believe Sirius slept through the random fireworks! Good for him (and you)! My daughter’s mini Yorkie has become more clingy as he grows older, just FYI. Meanwhile, your stitching is looking great!
