Wow #60!
So, I’ve had an interesting few weeks. Yes, I’m in Arizona. Officially in my apartment now for 6 days. My stuff however, just arrived yesterday afternoon. So, I’m currently super busy trying to unpack as much as I can before I start working on Tuesday.
And working, so I was supposed to start working with one company, wasn’t liking the communications and so I found a different job. I’ll be a manager at a Michael’s craft store (I wanted to get out of retail, but hey, it’s a craft store.)
I did get some stitching in on my new project so….
Here is were I was last time…

And here I am now…

So, hop on over to everyone’s pages and see what they’ve been up to!

So, Michaels isn’t the job that you moved to AZ for?! You have got guts, lady, I applaud you!

Haha, nope. I didn’t really move for the job though. I moved because I wanted to move. Or rather be permanent somewhere

Geez you got a lot stitched considering! Congrats on your move and new job. I dream of working at a Michaels or JoAnn’s but that would be creative overload for me!

Glad to hear you’re getting settled, and congratulations on your new job! I love the idea of working at a big craft store but worry I would actually lose money on the deal. 🙂

Great progress and well done on the new job. I worked with books for a few years and spent a lot of my wages on the stock. Good luck not doing the same with the craft stuff LOL

Oh I know, though I have soooo much crafting supplies now that I have all my stuff from storage that I really shouldn’t need much. Maybe odds and ends here and there. So hopefully the urge to buy stuff will be smallish

Congratulations on your move AND your new job!! I worked at a JoAnns many years ago. It was sooooo much fun, great deals, but I had to be careful not to spend my food money!
With all of this going on, I am amazed how much stitching you accomplished. Your piece is looking great!
