Another 3 weeks, I hope those who celebrate had a happy 4th. Mine was like any other weekend, the fireworks were all canceled in my area but that certainly didn’t stop random people from shooting them off. Sirius handled it very well, he slept through most of it. So, anyway, this is where I was last time… And this is where I’m at now… I’ve added a bit ūüėČ I’m very happy with the progress that I’ve made this time, as it certainly was not the only project that I’ve worked on the last three weeks! Sirius is now 11 … Continue reading SAL # 51

#50! That’s a lot. That’s 150 weeks of posting SAL updates. That’s almost 3 years worth of posts. Time flies. I know that I haven’t stitched on my project too much this time, as I’ve been spending time on other projects instead…. But, here is where I was last time… And here is were I am now… I’ve added a couple colors and by doing that, filled in some missing pieces. It is still coming along nicely and now that I’ve gone digital with my patterns, it’s even easier to work on them. As usual, I’ve been busy traveling to … Continue reading SAL #50

And I’m officially on vacation! Yay. I’ve been working my butt off, and when I go back next Monday, I’ll be working my butt off some more. Anyway… I’ve not done too much on this project… Last time I was here… And now here I am… Hmm, looking at them together, maybe I’ve gotten more done than I thought… As always, please check out what everyone else is working on and their progress! Wow I almost have 50 SAL posts…. I’ve been pretty busy the last few weeks. One of the assistant managers took leave and I’ve been covering his schedule/areas (at the store that I’d been working at). So definitely have not seen a drop in hours…. Anywho, this is where I was… And this is where I am now… I got a bit more filled in, but not as much as I would have liked. Oh well. Next time. Please don’t forget to check out what everyone else is working on, and please know that I look at everyone’s pages, I … Continue reading SAL #48

Three weeks have gone by yet again, I know for some of you, they have probably seemed like long weeks. I, however, have still been working, just as many hours, if not more. Up until this week, I was even traveling 3 hours a day to get to work. But now I’m going to a store in town, so my commute is only 20 mins one way. That being said, I haven’t had as much time as I’m sure some of you have to work on crafty things. Sirius, however, is really liking being at my dad’s house for an … Continue reading SAL #47

It’s that time again! I hope all are doing well and that this craziness is not too bad for you. My company is considered an essential business, so I have still been going to work. I did have a planned vacation from the 16th through the 20th because Sirius got fixed. So, that being said, I did get to spend a little extra time on my project. So, this it where I was… And this is where I’m at now… So I’ve gotten a bit more done… Don’t forget to go check out everyone’s pages to see what they’ve been … Continue reading SAL #46

Where does the time go? Really? So, I actually did put a bit of time into stitching this round. Here is where I was last time… And here is where I am now… There are a couple new colors popping in and it’s been pretty fun. Joann’s had a sale on embroidery floss, and an extra 25% off total purchase, so last night I picked up most of the colors for my next project. It’s from the same magazine, but spans several issues so I had to track down the back issues and order a really big peice of fabric. … Continue reading SAL #45

Three weeks again! Time just keeps flying by. As I write this, Sirius is out at his second grooming session. So looking forward to seeing his dapper little face in a little while. I did get a bit of stitching done, so let’s get right into it…. This is where I was last time… And this is where I’m at now…. So, as you can see, I did get a bit more done. I do like this pattern more than the other one I was working on, so that is a plus! As always, remember to go check out what … Continue reading Sal #43
