Three more weeks, I’ve finished my first class, about a week and 5 days, and am into the 2nd. I’ve been stitching on a lot of small projects (and finishing them) while I work on school work. So I haven’t done a lot of stitching on my big project. I’ve only done a few hours really. But, anyway, here is where I was… And here is where I am now… So a bit more, but not much. Happy New Years everyone! I hope you all had a good holiday season. I start school later this week, so have been busy getting ready for that. I bought a new desk from ikea and put it together today, so one less thing to do. I did a little stitching on my project since last time, so let’s get right into it. Three weeks go by so fast. I’ve been working on some training for a new job, though still looking for something else I think. Had an interview on Friday that went well, but we will see. I’m not worried about anything right now. I have, however, decided to go back to school. I already have an MA in English with a concentration in fiction writing, so I’m going to be getting my MA in Secondary Education (English) and my teaching certification. So a lot has happened during the last 3 weeks. I finally got tired of the bs that I was putting up with as work, and quit. Not really my style, but the straw that broke the camel’s back, was when I was reprimanded for taking 1 day off after working 21 days straight. Sure, I was salary, but working 80-90 hours a week for about 6 months and only being paid for 45 of those hours, got old.
