Three weeks again! Time just keeps flying by. As I write this, Sirius is out at his second grooming session. So looking forward to seeing his dapper little face in a little while. I did get a bit of stitching done, so let’s get right into it…. This is where I was last time… And this is where I’m at now…. So, as you can see, I did get a bit more done. I do like this pattern more than the other one I was working on, so that is a plus! As always, remember to go check out what … Continue reading Sal #43

Three more weeks have gone by, hopefully everyone had a good holiday season. I did very little over the holidays, however, I didn’t have to travel for work much at all, so that was a plus. Anywho, I stated before that I wasn’t really thrilled with the kit that I’ve been working on. This is where I was at… I actually have not done anything more with it. However, I did start a different project… So this is what I have so far… This is what it will be… This is from The Cross Stitcher magazine, so I had to … Continue reading SAL #42

Why does 3 weeks fly by so fast? So, only worked on my cross stitch a little bit. I’m still thinking about doing a different project, I just haven’t really looked for anything yet. So anyway, this is where I was last time… And here is where I’m at now… Not much, but like I said, thinking about doing another project because this one just doesn’t make me happy… Sirius is keeping me company at my dad’s this weekend. He’s done really well, so when I stay here, I should be able to continue to bring him with me. Don’t … Continue reading SAL #41

Hello, hello, it’s another 3 weeks. It also happens to be my Birthday. So happy Birthday to me… Last time this is where I was with my project… And I’ve added a bit more… I must confess, I really don’t like this kit. The floss feels rough and the pattern is difficult to read. But, oh well. I started it, so I’ll finish it. We will see what 3 more weeks will bring. Don’t forget to check out everyone’s pages to see what they’ve been up to! Happy Stitching! It has been a super busy three weeks. This is the first weekend that I’ve been “home” in almost a month. We went through another Grand Opening and now it is back to “normal” for work. I only have a little bit of progress to show, so here we go… Previously, this is where I was at… It’s super hard to see the difference in color. But here I am now… One book done, and I started a leaf… I do have other news to share though… Meet Sirius Blackie… He’s my new travel companion! Most hotels that I stay … Continue reading SAL #39

Why does three weeks go by so fast?? I do not have much to show. A lot of the time my project was sitting at my dad’s house and I was not. So anyway, this is where I was… And this is where I am now… Super hard to see the very subtle shading, but there is a lighter green/grey rose pattern forming in there. I think I’ve decided to put some of my favorite authors’ names on the books, but stitch them in after with a backstitch. I’m sure everyone else has more to show than me, I’ve been … Continue reading SAL #38

So, I’m supposed to post on my cross stitch project today, however I didn’t make it back home this weekend and therefore I do not have it with me. So no new pictures to show you guys. But, there are some new members of our SAL group, so please go check out their sites and see what they are up to. If you are interested in joining our group, we post every three weeks and we all work on our own thing. So everyone has something different to show. It’s fun to see all the different projects take shape. Contact … Continue reading SAL #37
